Other: This is the seventh volume of the re-released manga editions. On the first printing of this manga, there was an contest ad to win a telephone card or a photo album.

Additions: These are some of the main editions/changes in this volume from the original Bishoujo Senshi Sailormoon (BSSM) Manga:

1) The cover has a new drawing of SailorUranus.
2) The back has a small drawing of SailorUranus, sitting on a navy blue crescent moon.
3) On the first edition printing, there was a navy blue wrap around ad. It advertized a contest to win a Sailormoon Telephone Card or a Sailormoon Photo Album.
4) The first page of the volume is the stickers page. It has a PGSM logo, a Sailormoon sticker, Sailormars sticker, Sailormercury sticker, Sailorjupiter sticker, and a Sailorvenus sticker.
5) The next page is the Volume 7 title page. It has the same image of Uranus from the cover, except without the writing. Next is a 2 page color manga image of all the girls in black bathing suits The next page is a color image of all the girls' heads surrounded by flowers. It is done in a green-blue and yellow color scheme. The following page is a color version of the title page of Act 31. Finally is a colored contents page. The page is done in blues with a small Sailoruranus at the bottom.
6) At the end of the volume is a black and white ad that contains pictures of all the revised manga volumes so far.
7) Naoko's notes have been replaced by small images of the senshi. Various small changes have been made, such as freshening up some drawings.
